The type of process for an application can vary. Here is an overview of five process methods each made for different purposes.
Membrane Press(vacuum press) is mainly used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board or fiberboard. This process is often used for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and furniture, and can cover embossed boards and five surfaces at one time. The thickness is 0.20-0.50mm, width 1260mm or 1400mm, and length 100-300m/roll.
Wrapping Profiles enables cover on all kinds of profiles like wood, aluminum, and PVC for door frames, window sills, base channels and even PVC ceilings. This process has a thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width 40mm-1260mm and length 300-800m/roll.
Cold Laminating is used to cover on wood panels, steel panels, aluminum panels or PVC panels for doors and furnitures. Its thickness is 0.12-0.20mm, width 1240-1260mm and length 300-500m/roll.
For Hot Laminating, the purpose of this process is to be applied on PVC panels, steel panels and aluminum panels for doors and skirting. It has a thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width 1260mm and length 200-300m/roll.
Self-adhesive technology applies onto all smooth surfaces for furniture and interior decorations. It has a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width 600mm/1220mm and length 5-50m/roll.
