Different methods are employed to apply the film coating for different applications.
1. Membrane Press(vacuum press): This is done with a thickness of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm and 1400mm and length of 100-300m/roll. It is typically used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, and used for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It is also used for cover embossed boards and covering five surfaces at same time.
2. Wrapping Profiles:This has got thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40mm-1260mm and length of 300-800m/roll. It is used for covering all kinds of profiles which includes wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. These are typically used for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceiling and so on.
3. Cold Laminating:It has a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll. It is used for covering all kinds of flat panels like wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture.
4. Hot Laminating:This method has thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length of 200-300m/roll. It is used for covering PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on.
5. Self-adhesive:This has a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm and length of 5-50m/roll. It can be applied to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
