1.Membrane Press (vacuum press)
This process is capable of producing thicknesses between 0.20-0.50mm with widths of 1260mm or 1400mm, and lengths of up to 300m/roll. The material can be used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc., and is suitable for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and other furniture. It can also cover embossed board and five surfaces at the same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles
This process produces thicknesses between 0.12-0.18mm, widths of 40-1260mm and lengths of up to 800m/roll. It is suitable for covering all kinds of profiles, including wood profiles, aluminium profiles, PVC profiles, etc., and can be used for door frames, window sills, base channels, and PVC ceilings.
3.Cold Laminating
This process produces thicknesses between 0.12-0.20mm, widths of 1240-1260mm and lengths of 300-500m/roll. It is suitable for covering all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panels, steel panels, aluminium panels, PVC panels, etc., and can be used for doors and furniture.
4.Hot Laminating
This process produces thicknesses between 0.16-0.30mm with a width of 1260mm and length of up to 300m/roll. It can be used for covering PVC panels, steel panels, aluminium panels and is suitable for doors, skirting and more.
5.Self-adhesive
With thicknesses between 0.10-0.20mm and a width of 600mm/1220mm, this process can product rolls of up to 50m in length. It can be used on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
