Process 1: Membrane Press (vacuum press). It has a thickness from 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm-1400mm, and length from 100-300m/roll. This process is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc. for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, and other surfaces such as embossed board. It is capable of covering all five surfaces at the same time.
Process 2: Wrapping Profiles. This process has a thickness range from 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm, and length from 300-800m/roll. It is used to cover all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings, etc.
Process 3: Cold Laminating. It has a thickness from 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm, and length of 300-500m/roll. This process is used to cover all kinds of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors, furniture and other surfaces.
Process 4: Hot Laminating. It has a thickness range from 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length from 200-300m/roll. This process is used to cover the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting, etc.
Process 5: Self-Adhesive. This process has a thickness range from 0.10-0.20mm, a width of 600mm/1220mm, and length from 5-50m/roll. It can be put on any smooth surface for furniture, indoor decorations, and other surfaces.
