Our PVC foil is primarily made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a synthetic plastic material which is renowned for its durability, flexibility, and easy of use. It is available in a wide range of colors, patterns, and textures, which provide a high-quality aesthetic and can mimic the look of natural materials such as wood, stone, fabric, or metal, at a fraction of the cost.
This foil can be applied to a variety of surfaces, including doors, cabinets, furniture, walls, and more, and adheres well to different substrates. It is strong and resilient enough to be used in high traffic locations, and requires only minimal upkeep once applied: usually just a wipe down once a week with a damp cloth.
As well as being cost effective, it also offers a wide range of customization options. Manufacturers offer a variety of styles and finishes which can be modified to meet project specifications and personal design preferences.
It is widely used in residential and commercial settings for a variety of purposes, including kitchen and bathroom cabinets, interior doors, wall paneling, furniture surfaces, retail displays, and more.
Our aluminum composite panel has a wide range of thickness available. It ranges from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. Besides, there are two widths to choose from, 1260mm and 1400mm respectively. Moreover, the length of the product is ranged from 100m to 400m per roll.
We have a lot of design options, such as wood grain, solid color, marble, brick, etc. You can also choose different surface treatments, like matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, soft touch. Last but not least, we provide OEM and ODM service for our customers.
Different Process for different application:
1.Membrane Press (vacuum press): This process is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc on doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It is also used to cover embossed board and cover five surfaces at the same time. The thickness ranges from 0.20 to 0.50mm while the width ranges from 1260mm to 14000mm and the length ranges from 100 to 300m/roll.
2.Wrapping Profiles: The process is used to cover all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc on door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. The thickness ranges from 0.12 to 0.18mm while the width ranges from 40 to 1260mm and the length ranges from 300 to 800m/roll.
3.Cold Laminating: It is used to cover all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc for doors and furniture. The thickness is from 0.12 to 0.20mm while the width ranges from 1240 to 1260mm and the length from ranges 300 to 500m/roll.
4.Hot Laminating: This process is used to cover the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on. The thickness ranges from 0.16 to 0.30mm and the width is 1260mm while the length is from 200 to 300m/roll.
5.Self-adhesive: Self-adhesive is used to be put on any smooth surface for example furniture and indoor decorations. The thickness is from 0.10 to 0.20mm while the width is 600mm or 1220mm and the length ranges from 5 to 50m/roll.
