For different applications, different processes are used.
Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiber board, etc. for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe or furniture. Thickness should be from 0.20-0.50mm, width 1260mm, 1400mm and length from 100-300m/roll. Cover embossed board, and cover five surfaces at same time.
Wrapping Profiles use thickness from 0.12-0.18mm, width from 40-1260mm and length from 300-800m/roll for wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling etc.
Cold Laminating is used for flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel and PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture. Its thickness should be 0.12-0.20mm, width 1240-1260mm and length 300-500m/roll.
Hot Laminating is mainly used for PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for doors and skirting, etc. Its thickness should be 0.16-0.30mm, width 1260mm and length 200-300m/roll.
When it comes to Self-adhesive, its thickness should be 0.10-0.20mm, width 600mm/1220mm and length 5-50m/roll. It can be attached to any kinds of smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
