There are five different processes for different applications. The first one is Membrane Press(vacuum press), which has a thickness of 0.20mm to 0.50mm, and widths of 1260mm and 1400mm with lengths of 100 to 300m/roll. This process is usually applied for covers on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. Cover embossed board covers five surfaces at the same time.
Wrapping Profiles has a thickness of 0.12mm to 0.18mm, widths of 40mm to 1260mm and lengths of 300 to 800m/roll. It is used for covering existing profiles such as wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc, for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings and more.
Cold Laminating has a thickness of 0.12mm to 0.20mm, widths of 1240 to 1260mm and lengths of 300 to 500m/roll. It can cover all kinds of flat panels, like wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel and PVC panel, mainly used for doors and furniture production.
In addition, the Hot Laminating process has a thickness of 0.16mm to 0.30mm, widths of 1260mm and lengths of 200 to 300m/roll. This process is used for covers on PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, which are applied for doors, skirting and more.
Last but not least, Self-adhesive has a thickness of 0.10mm to 0.20mm, widths of 600mm/1220mm and lengths of 5 to 50m/roll. This process is usually used for furniture and indoor decorations.
