Excellent Durability Self Adhesive PVC Film with High Adhesive Strength in Stone Look
Our Self Adhesive PVC Film is primarily composed of polyvinyl chloride, a synthetic and durable plastic material. To ensure effective application, we add a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back of the film and liner paper, which can then be removed before use.
This film comes in different thicknesses to fit any purpose and requirement, and in a variety of finishes, such as glossy, matte, satin, and textured. Furthermore, it is also available in many colors and patterns, like wood grain, marble, brick, and the like. Its applications are vast, from walls and furniture covers, to DIY and craft projects.
The range of thickness we offer would be from 0.1mm to 0.12mm. Both widths of 1220mm and 600mm are available. Customers could choose the length of 50m/roll or 10m/roll. There are a variety of designs including wood grain, solid color, marble, brick and more. Five surface treatments are provided including matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss and soft touch. We also provide OEM and ODM service.

Steps for application:
Prepare the surface: Ensure that the surface you plan to cover with self-adhesive PVC film is clean, dry, and smooth. Remove any dust, dirt, or imperfections. If the surface is dirty, clean it thoroughly and let it dry completely.
Measure and cut: Measure the dimensions of the surface you want to cover and add a few extra inches to each side to allow for trimming. Cut the self-adhesive PVC film to the desired size using a sharp utility knife or scissors. Be precise in your measurements and cutting to ensure a proper fit.
Peel off the backing: Carefully peel back a few inches of the backing paper from one end of the PVC film. Avoid touching the adhesive side to prevent fingerprints and dirt from sticking to it.
Apply the film: Begin applying the exposed adhesive side of the PVC film to the surface. Start at one corner or edge and align it with the surface. As you apply the film, gradually peel off more of the backing paper, smoothing the film onto the surface as you go. You can use a squeegee or a credit card to help remove any air bubbles and ensure a smooth, even application.
Smooth out bubbles: If you notice any air bubbles trapped under the film, use the squeegee or credit card to gently push them out towards the edges. Work from the center outward to expel the bubbles completely.
Trim excess: Once the film is applied smoothly, use a utility knife or scissors to trim any excess film along the edges. Be cautious when cutting to avoid damaging the surface underneath.
Finish and clean: After trimming, go over the entire surface with a clean cloth or sponge to ensure that the PVC film is securely adhered and free from any air bubbles or wrinkles. If you used soapy water during application, wipe away any excess water or soap residue.
Final inspection: Inspect the surface to ensure that the PVC film is securely in place and free from imperfections. If you encounter any issues, gently lift the film and reapply as needed.
