For different application, there are different processes.
1.Membrane Press (vacuum press): The thickness of finished product is ranged from 0.20-0.50mm, usually with the width at 1260mm and 1400mm, and the length between 100-300m/roll. It is suitable for cover plywood, as well as MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard and so on. It is applicable for various housing and urban furniture decoration, such as for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, etc. It can cover embossed board and five surfaces at the same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles: Different from Membrane Press, the thickness of finished product is ranged from 0.12-0.18mm with width varies from 40-1260mm and length from 300-800m/roll. It can be applied to various profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile and so on. It can be used to cover wood door frames, window sills bases, channels, PVC ceiling and more.
3.Cold Laminating: It involves the use of a special adhesive to bond the surface material and the underlying substrate. The thickness of finished product is ranged from 0.12-0.20mm, with the width at 1240-1260mm and length from 300-500m/roll. It can stick on different flat panels including wood, steel, aluminum and PVC panels, which can be used for making doors and furniture.
4.Hot Laminating: Different with cold laminating, Hot laminating uses heat to bond finished product with substrate. The thickness of finished product is ranged from 0.16-0.30mm, with the width mainly 1260mm and length from 200-300m/roll. It is mainly used for covering PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, etc for making doors, skirting and etc.
5.Self-adhesive: It is used to stick on any smooth surface for furniture and interior decorations. The thickness of the finished product is ranged from 0.10-0.20mm, with width 600mm or 1220mm and length 5-50m/roll.
