Realsun Deco PVC foil is made of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a synthetic plastic with excellent strength, flexibility, and processing simplicity. It can be used to create a variety of colors, patterns, and textures with a premium appearance that is more affordable than real materials such as wood, stone, cloth, or metal. It can be applied to a wide range of surfaces such as walls, doors, cabinets and furniture, and is known for its strength and resistance to deterioration. The easy maintenance only requires cleaning once a week with a wet cloth, making it a suitable choice for high-traffic areas.

For different applications, there are different processes:
Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. This process allows for the embossed board to be covered, allowing five surfaces to be covered at the same time. For thickenss, the range is 0.20-0.50mm; width ranges from 1260mm to 1400mm; length ranges from 100 to 300m/roll.
Wrapping Profiles is used for covering all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. Size requirements for this process are: thickness ranging from 0.12-0.18mm; width of 40mm -1260mm; length of 300-800m/roll.
Cold Laminating is used for covering all kinds of flat panels, such as, wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. This process is used mainly for doors and furniture. Thickness requirements are for 0.12-0.20mm; width of 1240-1260mm, and length ranging from 300-500m/roll.
Hot Laminating is used for covering PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and more. Thickness requirement is for 0.16-0.30mm; width 1260mm and length from 200-300m/roll.
Self-adhesive is put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. The size requirements for this process are: thickness of 0.10-0.20mm; width of 600mm or 1220mm and length ranging from 5-50m/roll.
