For different applications, there are a variety of lamination processes that are utilized:
1.Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard and other surfaces. This method can be used to cover embossed board, and cover five surfaces at the same time. Additionally, it can have a thickness range of 0.20 to 0.50mm, widths of 1260mm and 1400mm, and a length range of 100 to 300 m per roll.
2.Wrapping Profiles is used to cover all kinds of profiles, such as wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile. It is used for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings and so on. This method has a thickness range of 0.12 to 0.18mm, width range of 40 to 1260 mm, and a length range of 300 to 800 m per roll.
3.Cold Laminating is used to cover all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, and PVC panel. It is used for doors and furniture. This method has a thickness range of 0.12 to 0.20mm, width of 1240 to 1260mm, and a length range of 300 to 500 m per roll.
4.Hot Laminating is used to cover PVC panel, steel panel, and aluminum panel for doors, skirtings, and other materials. This method has a thickness range of 0.16 to 0.30mm, width of 1260mm, and a length range of 200 to 300 m per roll.
5.Self-adhesive can be put onto any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. It has a thickness range of 0.10 to 0.20mm, width of 600mm and 1220mm, and a length range of 5 to 50 m per roll.
