It is mainly used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, and fiberboard, for making doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, furniture, etc. This process is capable of cover the embossed board, and cover five surfaces at the same time.
For wrapping profiles, the thickness varies from 0.12 to 0.18mm while the width range from 40 to 1260mm and the length is 300 to 800m per roll. This process is mainly used to cover all kinds of profiles, including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on.
For cold laminating, the thickness varies from 0.12 to 0.20mm while the width is 1240 to 1260mm and the length is 300 to 500 m per roll. This process is mainly used to cover all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, for making doors and furniture.
For hot laminating, the thickness varies from 0.16 to 0.30mm while the width is 1260mm and the length is 200 to 300m per roll. This process is mainly used to cover the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for making doors, skirting, and so on.
For self-adhesive, the thickness varies from 0.10 to 0.20mm while the width is 600mm or 1220mm and the length is 5 to 50m per roll. This process is mainly used to put on any smooth surface for making furniture and indoor decorations.
