Different Process for different application:
1.Membrane Press (vacuum press): This process offers thickness from 0.20 to 0.50mm, width from 1260mm to 1400mm and length from 100m to 300m per roll. It is suitable for covering on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. In addition, it can cover embossed board, and five surface at same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles: This process provides thickness from 0.12 to 0.18mm, width from 40mm to 1260mm and length from 300m to 800m per roll. It is suitable for covering on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on.
3.Cold Laminating: This process provides thickness from 0.12 to 0.20mm, width from 1240mm to 1260mm and length from 300m to 500m per roll. It is suitable for covering on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc for doors and furniture.
4.Hot Laminating: This process provides thickness from 0.16 to 0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length from 200m to 300m per roll. It is suitable for covering on PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on.
5.Self-adhesive: This process has thickness from 0.10 to 0.20mm, width of 600mm or 1220mm and length from 5m to 50m per roll. It is suitable for putting on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
