The lengths of the roll range from 100-300m/roll, making this type of press suitable for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. Also, this type of press is suitable for cover embossed boards, and the capability to cover five surfaces at the same time.
The Wrapping Profiles process is suitable for all kinds of profiles, including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc, in thickness ranging from 0.12-0.18mm with width of 40-1260mm and length of 300-800m/roll. This type of process is suitable for door frames, window sills, base channels and PVC ceilings.
Cold Laminating is suitable for all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc with thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll. This type of press is suitable for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating offers the same thickness range, but is suitable for PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel with a width of 1260mm and length of 200-300m/roll. This type of press is suitable for doors, skirting and so on.
Finally, the Self-adhesive option offers between 0.10-0.20mm thickness in width of 600mm or 1220mm with lengths of 5-50m/roll. This type of covering can be used on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
