There are five different processes available for different applications: Membrane Press (vacuum press), Wrapping Profiles, Cold Laminating, Hot Laminating, and Self-adhesive.
The Membrane Press (vacuum press) process has a thickness range of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm and 1400mm, and a length of 100-300m/roll. With it, MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard and other material can be covered for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and furniture. This process can also cover embossed board at the same time.
The Wrapping Profiles process has a thickness range of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm, and length of 300-800m/roll. It is applicable to all kinds of profiles such as wood, aluminum and PVC, with uses including door frame, window sill, base channel and PVC ceiling.
Cold Laminating has a thickness range of 0.12-0.20mm, a width of 1240-1260mm, and a length of 300-500m/roll. It is suitable to cover flat panels like wood, steel, aluminum and PVC for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating is effective for PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel, with a thickness between 0.16 and 0.30mm, a width of 1260mm, and a length of 200-300m/roll. The primary uses are doors, skirting and so on.
Lastly, Self-adhesive is a process that has a thickness range of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm or 1220mm, and length of 5 to 50m/roll. It can be used for furniture and indoor decorations.
