Our products can vary in thickness ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.5mm and different widths like 1260mm and 1400mm.

Membrane press is suitable for products with thickness between 0.20-0.50mm, width 1260mm and 1400mm and length 100-300meter per roll. It is mainly used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and other furniture. With this process, cover embossed board and cover five surfaces at same time can be achieved.
The wrapping profiles process features thickness between 0.12-0.18mm, width 40-1260mm and length 300-800m per roll. It is mainly used to cover all kinds of profiles, including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile etc, for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings etc.
The cold laminating process features thickness between 0.12-0.20mm, width 1240-1260mm and length 300-500m per roll. It is mainly used for covering all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel etc, for doors and furniture.
The hot laminating process features thickness between 0.16-0.30mm,width 1260mm and length 200-300m per roll. It is mainly used for covering PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel used for doors, skirting etc.
The self-adhesive process features thickness between 0.10-0.20mm, width 600mm/1220mm and length 5-50m per roll. This process is mainly used for any smooth sur ace, typically for furniture and indoor decorations.
