We provide a wide range of vinyl laminate flooring products with various thickness, width, length, design, surface treatment and services. The thickness range covers from 0.1mm to 0.5mm, and the width mainly contains 1260mm and 1400mm. The length we offer varies from 100m to 400m per roll.
You can choose from different designs of our vinyl laminate flooring, including wood grain, solid color, marble, brick and many other styles. There are also multiple surface treatments such as matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss and soft touch.
We have flexible customizing methods, allowing OEM and ODM services. We are able to adjust the parameters and design of our products to meet the individual needs of customers.
Membrane Press (vacuum press): This process is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard and other boards with a thickness range of 0.20 – 0.50mm. The widths range from 1260mm & 1400mm, and the lengths range from 100-300m/per roll. It is used to cover embossed boards while covering five surfaces at the same time. It is used for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and furniture.
Wrapping Profiles: This process is used to cover a range of profiles, including wood profiles, aluminum profiles, and PVC profiles, with a thickness range of 0.12 to 0.18 mm and widths of 40 to 1260 mm. The lengths range from 300-800m/per roll. It is used to cover door frames, window sills, base channels, and PVC ceilings.
Cold Laminating: This process is used to cover all sorts of flat surfaces, for example, wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, and PVC panel, with a thickness ranging from 0.12 to 0.20mm, and widths of 1240 to 1260mm. The lengths are 300 – 500m/per roll. It is used for doors, furniture, and other applications.
Hot Laminating: This process is used to cover PVC panel, steel panel, and aluminum panel, with a thickness range of 0.16 to 0.30mm, and width of 1260mm. The lengths are 200-300m/per roll, and it is used on doors, skirting, and other applications.
Self-Adhesive: This process uses a material with a thickness range of 0.10-0.20mm and widths of 600mm or 1220mm, and a length range of 5-50m/per roll. It can be applied to any smooth surface and is used mainly for furniture and inside decorations.
