Different Process for different application:
1. Membrane Press (vacuum press): Thickness: 0.20-0.50mm, Width: 1260mm, 1400mm, Length: 100-300m/roll. Covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc., for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. Cover embossed board, cover five surfaces at same time.
2. Wrapping Profiles: Thickness: 0.12-0.18mm, Width: 40-1260mm, Length: 300-800m/roll. Covering all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on.
3. Cold Laminating: Thickness: 0.12-0.20mm, Width: 1240-1260mm, Length: 300-500m/roll. Covering all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture.
4. Hot Laminating: Thickness: 0.16-0.30mm, Width: 1260mm, Length: 200-300m/roll. Covering PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on.
5. Self-adhesive: Thickness: 0.10-0.20mm, Width: 600mm/1220mm, Length: 5-50m/roll. Can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
The PVC film is packed by roll with foam protection sheet, kraft paper head, and plastic sheet outside. Various packing way is adopted for shipping which can be customized for sea or air transport. Rolling packing is the norm so it takes less space and reduces the transportation cost. Moreover, pallet packing is also available for bulk shipping. Taking the shipping cost and convenience into consideration, the customer is allowed to choose the desirable way accordingly.
