1.Membrane Press (vacuum press):This process is used to cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, etc. Its thickness range is 0.20-0.50mm, width can be 1260mm,1400mm and length is 100-300m/roll. Its application include doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and furniture, and it can cover embossed board and cover five surfaces at same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles:Applied on all kinds of profiles like wood profile, PVC profile and aluminum profile for door frame, window sill and PVC ceiling. Its thickness is 0.12-0.18mm, width 40-1260mm and length 300-800m/roll.
3.Cold Laminating:It covers on all kinds of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for doors and furniture. Its thickness is 0.12-0.20mm, width 1240-1260mm and length 300-500m/roll.
4.Hot Laminating:It is usually applied on PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel. The thickness falls within 0.16-0.30mm, width 1260mm and length 200-300m/roll.
5.Self-adhesive:This process is performed on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. The thickness is 0.10-0.20mm, width 600mm or 1220mm and length 5-50m/roll.

Our High Gloss PVC Film is specially designed for glossy surface PVC sheet, high gloss PVC film and glossy vinyl film. It is non-toxic, anti-flame, moisture-proof and anti-scratch. The width is 1260mm and 1400mm, and the thickness is 0.15mm-0.5mm. Our High Gloss PVC Film is used for lamination, vacuum membrane press and wrapping.

High Gloss PVC Film is packaged in rolls, and shipped in airtight containers to ensure no air bubbles occur during transit.
The rolls of film are securely wrapped in protective material such as bubble wrap or foam before being placed in the airtight containers. The containers are then sealed with a strong adhesive tape to ensure the product is not contaminated during transit.
