Membrane Press (vacuum press) is suitable for coverin on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc and is applied for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It can cover embossed boards andfive surfaces at the same time with a thickness ranging from 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm or 1400mm and a length of 100-300m/roll.
Wrapping Profiles is applied for all kinds of profiles includingwood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc, such as door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceiling and so on. Its thickness is 0.12-0.18mm, width 40-1260mm and length 300-800m/roll.
In comparison, Cold Laminating is best used for covering all kinds of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc for doors and furniture. It has a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll.
Hot Laminating is used for covering PVC panels, steel panels, aluminum panels for doors, skirting and so on with a thickness ranging from 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and a length of 200-300m/roll.
Lastly, self-adhesiveis suitable for putting on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations with a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm or 1220mm, and a length of 5-50m/roll.
