Membrane Press (vacuum press) allows for cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. The Thickness ranges from 0.20-0.50mm and Width ranges from 1260mm to 1400mm, with the roll at length of 100-300m. With this method, cover embossed board, as well as five surfaces at same time can be achieved.
Wrapping Profiles is suitable for cover on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. The Thickness ranges from 0.12-0.18mm and Width from 40-1260mm, with the roll at length of 300-800m. With this method, door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling, and so on can be covered.
Cold Laminating is suitable for cover on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. The Thickness ranges from 0.12-0.20mm and Width from 1240-1260mm, with the roll at length of 300-500m. With this method, doors and furniture can be covered.
Hot Laminating is suitable for cover on the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel. The Thickness ranges from 0.16-0.30mm and Width at 1260mm, with the roll at length of 200-300m. With this method, the door, skirting, and so on can be covered.
Self-adhesive has Thickness ranges from 0.10-0.20mm and Width at 600mm (1220mm). The roll is at length of 5-50m. With this method, it can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
