Our aluminum composite panels are available in a range of thicknesses from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. They come with the standard widths of 1,260 mm and 1,400 mm and are offered in rolls of length 100 to 400m. Applications:

Membrane Press or vacuum press is suitable for covering a range of materials from MDF, particle board, wooden board, fiber board, etc. This process is mainly used for covering doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and furniture. This process covers five surfaces at the same time and the thickness of the product is between 0.20-0.50mm, with a width of 1260mm and 1400mm and length of 100-300m per roll.

Wrapping Profiles is usually used for covering a range of different profiles such as wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. specially for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. The thickness of the product is between 0.12-0.18mm, with a width of 40-1260mm and the length of 300-800m per roll.

Cold Laminating is suitable for covering flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel and PVC panel. The products of this process are usually used for doors and furniture. The thickness of the product is in between 0.12 and 0.20mm, with a width of 1240-1260mm and the length of 300-500m per roll.

Hot Laminating process is used for covering materials such as PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel. These products are usually applied on doors, skirting and so on. The thickness of the product is between 0.16-0.30mm, with a width of 1260mm and the length of 200-300m per roll.

The self-adhesive process is mainly used for furniture and indoor decorations. Its thickness is between 0.10-0.20mm, with a width of 600mm/1220mm and the length of 5-50m per roll.
