1.Membrane Press (vacuum press): This process is used for thicker surface boards with thickness of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm and 1400mm, and length of 100-300m/roll.It can be used on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It can also cover embossed boards and cover five surfaces at the same time.
2.Wrapping Profiles: This process is used for a thinner film with thickness of 0.12 to 0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm, and length of 300-800m/roll. It can cover all kinds of profiles, including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc and can be used for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on.
3.Cold Laminating: This process uses a slightly thicker film with a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll. It can be applied to all types of flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc for doors and furniture.
4.Hot Laminating: This process is utilized with a thicker film with thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length of 200-300m/roll. It can be used for PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on.
5.Self-adhesive: This process calls for a film with thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm and length of 5-50m/roll. It can be used on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
