Different Process for different application:
Membrane Press (vacuum press): It is used to cover the Wooden Board, Particleboard, MDF, Fiberboard, etc on Doors, Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes, Furniture, etc with thickness ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm and width from 1260 -1400 mm. The length of the roll is 100 to 300 meter per roll with five surfaces covered at same time.
Wrapping Profiles: This process is meant to cover aluminum, wood or PVC Profiles such as Door frame, Window sill, Base Channel, PVC Ceiling, etc with thickness ranging from 0.12 mm to 0.18 mm and width ranging from 40 to 1260 mm and the roll length varies from 300 to 800m.
Cold Laminating: This process is utilized to cover Wood panel, Steel panel, Aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc on Doors and Furniture withthickness in the range of 0.12mm to 0.20 mm and width from 1240 to 1260 mm and roll length ranging from 300 to 500m.
Hot Laminating: Primarily, this process isused to cover the Aluminum panel, PVC panel, Steel panel onSkirting, Doors, etc with thickness ranging between 0.16 mm to 0.30 mm with width 1260mm and roll length between 200 to 300m.
Self-adhesive: This process covers any smooth surfaces for Furniture and Indoor decorations with thickness range from 0.10 mm to 0.20 mm and width of 600mm/1220mm and roll length of 5 to 50m.
