Applications:

Different Process for different application:

1.Membrane Press (vacuum press):
This process is used for covering materials on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It can cover embossed board, and cover five surfaces at same time. With this process, the thickness of materials is between 0.20 to 0.50mm, the width is 1260mm or 1400mm, and the length is from 100 to 300m/roll.

2.Wrapping Profiles:
This process is used in covering materials on all kinds of profiles, like wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling, etc. The thickness of materials provided in this process is between 0.12 to 0.18mm; the width is from 40 to 1260mm, and the length is from 300 to 800m/roll.

3.Cold Laminating:
This process is used for applying laminate on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture. With this process the thickness of the materials can be 0.12 to 0.20mm; the width of materials can be 1240 to 1260mm, and the length of materials is from 300 to 500m/roll.

4.Hot Laminating:
This process is used for covering materials on PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on. It is able to provide the materials with thickness between 0.16 to 0.30mm, the width of materials is 1260mm, and the length of materials is from 200 to 300m/roll.

5.Self-adhesive:
This process can put materials on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. The thickness of materials provided by this process is between 0.10 to 0.20mm; the width of materials can be 600mm or 1220mm, the length of materials is from 5 to 50m/roll.
