Our pvc foil is primarily made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a synthetic plastic material known for its durability, flexibility, and ease of processing. Its versatility also allows it to be applied to many surfaces including doors, cabinets, furniture, walls, and more. Maintenance is minimal with the need to just a simple wipe down with a moist cloth once a week. Price is also one of its main benefits, allowing one to create upscale aesthetics without incurring related expenses.
Wide Range of Styles & Finishes Available
A large range of styles and finishes are available from manufacturers, enabling modification to meet project specifications and personal design preferences. Decorative pvc foil is commonly used in residential and commercial settings for applications such as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, interior doors, wall paneling, furniture surfaces, retail displays, and more.
When it comes to thickness, our product range starts from 0.1mm to 0.5mm.
We provide two widths for selection, with 1260mm and 1400mm each.
The length of each roll can be up to 400m, with a minimum of 100m per roll.
We offer an extensive variety of designs, including wood grain, solid color, marble, brick and more.
Not only that, but on top of that, we provide a number of surface treatments, including matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch.
Finally, in addition to these, we can provide our customers with both OEM and ODM services.
For different applications, there are different processes.
1. Membrane Press (vacuum press) offers thickness ranging from 0.2 to 0.5mm, and widths of 1260mm and 1400mm, with lengths of 100 to 300m per roll. It can be used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, and other furniture, as well as for embossed board, which can cover five surfaces at the same time.
2. Wrapping Profiles allow thickness from 0.12 to 0.18mm, with widths from 40mm to 1260mm, and lengths of 300 to 800m per roll. It can cover all sorts of profiles including wood, aluminum, and PVC, and be used for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling, and other such applications.
3. Cold Laminating offers thickness from 0.12 to 0.2mm with widths of 1240-1260mm and lengths of 300 to 500m per roll. It can be used to cover flat panels such as wood, steel, aluminum, PVC, and so on, for doors and furniture.
4. Hot Laminating offers thickness of between 0.16 to 0.3mm at 1260mm width, a length of 200 to 300m per roll. It is suitable for panel coverings on PVC, steel, and aluminum, and can be used for doors and skirting.
5. Finally, Self-adhesive is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 0.2mm with widths of 600mm and 1220mm, and lengths of 5 to 50m per roll. It is suitable for bonding to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decoration purposes.
Marble PVC Film Technical Support and Service:
Marble PVC Film is packaged and shipped in a secure manner to ensure its safe arrival. The roll is then sealed with tape and labeled with the required information. Kraft paper and foam sheets are used to package Marble PVC Film in rolls. For transportation by air or sea, we may provide pallet packing.
