The thickness of our foil ranges from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. The width is either 1260mm or 1400mm, and length can be up to 400m roll. Wood grain, Solid colors, Marble, Brick and the likes, is applied on the foil, depending on the surface treatment. The surface treatment includes Matt, Super matt, embossed, high gloss, soft touch and more. We also provide OEM, ODM and Customized services.
We employ different methods to apply the foil coating to different applications. Membrane press (vacuum press) is done with a thickness of 0.20-0.50mm, width of 1260mm and 1400mm and length of 100-300m/roll. It is used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, and used for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. Wrapping profiles consist of thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40mm-1260mm and length of 300-800m/roll. Cold laminating has a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm and length of 300-500m/roll. Hot laminating has a thickness of 0.16-0.30mm, width of 1260mm and length of 200-300m/roll, and Self-adhesive has a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600mm/1220mm and length of 5-50m/roll.

Wood Grain PVC Film Packaging and Shipping
Wood Grain PVC Film is packaged in coils. All coils are wrapped with stretch film and then placed on wooden pallets. The pallets are then shrink-wrapped to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
Shipping is usually done by freight carriers. The freight carrier is responsible for loading the coils onto their truck, shipping the product, and unloading the coils at the destination. For orders outside of the country, shipping is usually done by air freight.
